Meet Our Physicians

The Institute’s specially selected staff of allergists, immunologists, nurses and technicians have years of experience in the care of respiratory and allergic diseases. The institute’s staff is dedicated to excellence and cares about your healthcare needs.

Ronald K. Jorgensen, M.D.

An owner-physician of the Arizona Asthma and Allergy Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Internal Medicine. After graduating from the University of Utah Medical School, he completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Utah Medical Center. Following residency, he completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He enjoys community service, skiing, and fishing.

Kevin M. Boesel, M.D.

An owner-physician of the Arizona Asthma and Allergy Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Pediatrics. After graduating from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Dr. Boesel completed his Pediatric Residency training in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Following residency, he completed his fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

Mark E. Rose, M.D.

An owner-physician of the Arizona Asthma and Allergy Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the Board of Internal Medicine. He obtained his B.S. and M.D. from the University of Utah. Subsequently, Dr. Rose spent six years at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He completed three years as an Internal Medicine resident, a fourth year as Chief Medical Resident and two years as an Allergy/Immunology/Asthma fellow. He is also a Fellow in the American Contact Dermatitis Society. Dr. Rose enjoys riding horses and playing sports with his wife and five children.

Ryan M. Casper, M.D.

An owner-physician of the Arizona Asthma and Allergy Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Pediatrics. After graduating from The Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Casper completed his Pediatric Residency training at Phoenix Children’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Following his residency, he completed his fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His primary hobby is being a “sports nut”….he enjoys playing basketball, golf and tennis and he is a HUGE Packers and Badgers fan.

Levente E. Erdos, M.D.

An owner-physician of the Arizona Asthma and Allergy Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Medicine. Dr. Erdos completed his Internal Medicine Residency training at Northwestern University medical center in Chicago, Illinois. He continued on at Northwestern University to complete his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Erdos enjoys watching Cubs games at Wrigley Field, cooking his award winning chili, playing soccer and traveling.

Eiza Ching, M.D.

An owner-physician of the Arizona Asthma and Allergy Institute. She is certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas College of Medicine and Surgery in the Philippines. She obtained six years of training at the Cleveland Clinic where she completed her Internal Medicine Residency training followed by a year as Chief Medical Resident and subsequent fellowship training for Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. She enjoys traveling, crafts, dancing, swimming, opportunities for community service and cooking diverse cuisines but admittedly needs a little help. She is also learning how to become a loyal Cleveland sports fan from her husband.

William F. Morgan, M.D.

The founding physician of the Arizona Asthma and Allergy Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Pediatrics. Following his residency, Dr. Morgan completed a fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at the University of Colorado Medical Center and a fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine. Dr. Morgan has been named one of the “Top Docs” in Phoenix Magazine for several years. Dr. Morgan is also a certified life coach, specializing in life transitions.

Susan Symington, DFAAPA, MPAS, PA-C,

A certified Physician Assistant since 1992 and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She attended Western Michigan University’s Physician’s Assistant program and obtained her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from the University of Nebraska. She is recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (DFAAPA). Susan has two children and a Labrador Retriever. She enjoys spending time with her children, playing the piano, singing, playing volleyball, basketball, and golf and watching college football.

Randy Danielsen, PA-C, Ph.D.,

A graduate of the University of Utah PA Program in 1974. He received a Master’s Degree in PA Studies with an emphasis in internal medicine from the University of Nebraska in 1997. In addition to extensive clinical experience in the fields of Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Asthma and Allergy care, Randy has been involved in the academic training of Physician Assistants for over 15 years. He earned a Ph.D. degree in 2003 in Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences with an emphasis on medical education, and has worked full and part time for AAAI since 1995. After 15 years as a PA Program Director and dean at A.T. Still University, Randy elected to return to clinical practice in late 2010. In 2010 he was honored by ATSU as Professor Emeritus. We are glad to have Randy back working clinical services for Asthma and Allergy Patients.


Christine Pratt, PA-C,

A certified physician assistant since 1998. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wichita State University. She also possesses a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine, which she obtained from the University of Connecticut in 1986. Christine worked for Arizona Asthma & Allergy Institute from 2004 until 2008, prior to relocating to Colorado. She is excited to be returning to the practice and continuing her career in the field of allergy and asthma. Her previous work experience also includes Neurology and Family Practice.
